Therm Products Baker Hydro Heater Manifold with Side Facing 12″ – 1 1/2″ mpt. stainless steel replacement manifold with 1-1/2″mpt stainless threads both ends, mounts for thermodisc and a 5/16″ thermowell.
The heater element is sold separately.

Note this B-4203 has been discontinued but there are still some 42-2002 manifolds in stock (limited supply) and you will receive one of these when you order this sku, which are physically the same size and have the 1 1/2 inch connections and thermowell. You may need to get creative when mounting it depending on your spa pack, but this is the only option left on the planet for the old Baker Hydro heaters and manifolds and it will work and accommodate the heater element.
