Quickly removes standing water from winter pool cover preventing ice to form, reduces risk of mildew damage, and no risk of shock! Just attach to your discharge hose, place the siphon on top of your above ground winter pool cover, and simply squeeze the hand pump (diaphragm) to start the water flow, until all the water is removed from the winter pool cover.
