This is a Praher Full Flow Union, 1-1/2 Inch, Socket x MPT, designed for Schedule 40 plumbing. Full flow unions are designed to have no restriction of flow when installed. The Praher unions are made of Grade 1 PVC. They have a pressure rating of 50 PSI at 70 degrees F.
