LTL Shipment Information (Out of Area)
Shipments over 150 lbs
- This item exceeds 150LBS, it will require a local trucking company (LTL) to deliver the order.
- The local trucking company will contact you to schedule the delivery date/time.
- Please review this Order Confirmation for correctness in delivery address and phone number. Contact Water Works ASAP if there are any issues.
- Water Works cannot deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes; we must have a residential or business address that is accessible by a trucker or small parcel delivery service.
- You must be at home on the day/time advised by the carrier in order to accept and sign for the delivery.
- You will beresponsible for unloading the package down from their delivery vehicle.
- You must be prepared to accept the over-weight or over-sized cartons directly from the truck driver as they will not carry or move the cartons onto the residents property.
