Intermatic T104R201 mechanical time switch schedules your pool pump and adds built-in heater protection for gas units that use a fireman-switch circuit. It runs the pump on a 24-hour program and shuts the heater off 15-20 minutes before pump shutdown to prevent heat soak or banging. The assembly comes in an outdoor-rated steel enclosure and includes one ON and one OFF tripper.
